Join us for our 2nd annual CSI Happy Hour!

Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit is back again and is stoked to host a bigger and better mock crime scene experience for you. You'll immerse yourself in the crime scene from collecting evidence to solving the case. Come excited because we have lots in store for you!

 

Can you solve the crime?

Vancouver Police Department Major Crimes Unit has a legit mock crime scene in store for you! You'll become a PAL Special Agent for the night and step into your detective shoes. As you collect evidence from different stations, you will work together as a team to solve the ultimate crime scene. This year the mock crime scene is even based on a true crime that happened in Southwest Washington!

Our attendees will walk through the mock crime scene to collect evidence from the vehicle, the autopsy report, the surveillance video, and a live interview. 

 

Couve Booth Photo Booth will also be set up with themed props and fun backgrounds to choose from thanks to Tina Vlachos American Family Insurance Agency.

 

Hors D'oeuvres will be provided courtesy of Beaches Restaurant and Bar.

Craig Stein Beverage, Waste Connections & Mt. Tabor Brewing will provide a hosted bar for the evening.

Parking: Visitor spots are available in the main parking lot off Evergreen Blvd and will be first come first serve. Due to a recent change at the Academy, a majority of the parking spots are permit only until 6:00pm, however, we have been granted permission to park in permit only spots starting at 5:00pm.

There is additional free parking located across the street at the Fort Vancouver Community Library parking lot or on Reserve Street. You may also use street parking around the area where the typical rate is $2.00/Hour ending at 6:00pm. Additionally, there is a parking garage 2 blocks away located at 8th & C Street with the entrance located on 8th.
